João "Johny" Febrer is a surf instructor with over 20 years of experience in the water. Known for his calm energy, deep ocean knowledge, and great sense of humor, Johny has a special gift for creating unforgettable memories for every client. His sessions go beyond technique—bringing joy, confidence, and connection to the surf experience.

Rodrigo brings over 15 years of surf experience and a solid background in Sports Management and Business Sciences. A former Regional Surf Champion, he plays a key role behind the scenes—overseeing operations, refining our services, and ensuring every client has an exceptional experience. Always connected to the ocean, he's ready to lend a hand in the water when needed.

Magdalena, the only Polish surf instructor in Madeira, arrived on the island in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the area's surfing scene. With a Master's degree in Physical Education, she has the knowledge and expertise to provide excellent surf coaching and Polish surf lessons to tourists and locals alike. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for surfing, Magdalena has an incredible capacity to assess her students' needs and guide them towards achieving the perfect technique.

Meet Kyah. This sporty Dutchie is relatively new to the surf world but brings years of experience in teaching sports and leading outdoor activities. With her enthusiastic approach, she creates a positive and motivative atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Kyah believes that surfing is for everyone — regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. She's passionate about teaching and helping people build confidence, have fun, and enjoy the ocean at their own pace.
